Captain's Log - 15/01/2020

The 3rd round of the South Essex Cross country League (cake league) was held at One tree Hill. It was an unusually mild morning and the 4.5 mile course was not as muddy as i was expecting after the rain we have had over the past few weeks. For the 3rd time this season Joel Denning was our 1st man home, with Hannah Sheikh our 1st lady. Someone who has taken to cross country in his first season with us is John Hughes and he seems to enjoy it, and he should see the benefits cross country gives in the Summer.
